Cheme Future 2012

Another short update on the upcoming competition which is opened to everyone

This time, entitled “Cheme Future”, organized by University Tunku Abdul Rahman (KL Campus), we were invited by the hosts to attend the competition.

The event is mainly divided into two categories, an “Exhibition Theme” with the theme of “ Sustainable Green Idea For Greener Future” and “Cheme Future Competition” with the theme of “Green Technology”

For “Exhibition Theme”, first prize winner under the University entry level will be awarded RM500 and certificates too. However, from the rule lined out by our hosts, only a maximum of 2 teams consisting of 3 members each can be sent by each University. So grab this chance while it’s hot ! Limited to two teams only !

For “Cheme Future Competition” with the  theme of Green Technology,  participants must for a team consisting of 5 members( A MUST ! ). The competition for this part is divided into two.

The first would be “Product Design” where group participants are given materials prepared by university hosts and are required to build their innovations and explained pros and cons of their designs.

The second part would be a “Case Study Competition” where group participants will be given A DAY for information seeking, discussion and presentation preparation.

Groups with highest score from the two competitions will advance into the final round of the competition.

As an engineer, we shouldn’t feel contented with what we have now. We should strive for even greater improvement and success.
